How to Return

Cancellation & Returns

In-line with the Consumer Rights Act (2015) you have a period of 30 working days in which you may cancel an order from the day after you receive the order. To cancel an order, you must contact us in writing or by sending an e-mail to customercare@myuniquelook.com

We reserve the right not to refund you if you return items to us outside the terms of our Returns Policy, as such these items may be returned to you at your expense.

In line with the Consumer Rights Act (2015) if an item is deemed unfit for purpose, not as described or poor quality then you can return this to us within a period of 30 working days from the day after receiving the goods for a full refund. 

If you wish to return Product(s) to us we will: Offer to send a replacement to you free of charge: Offer a credit to obtain a different item or refund you the full transaction amount (excluding delivery cost).

It is the buyers responsibility to return the item please note we do not cover the cost of returning the item.

Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment.

Items should be returned in a re-sellable condition i.e. in their original packaging, unworn, unwashed without perfume scent or deodorant marks and complete with their original labels. Failure to do this may result in the refund not being issued and the item being returned to yourself.

Please ensure all returns are accompanied with a covering letter to ensure your return can be dealt with promptly. All returns will be dealt with within a 3 working day period, please allow a further 3-5 working days for refunds to appear back into your account.
